I’m always a fan of police procedural and crime investigation television shows like Crime Scene Investigation, Criminal Minds, Cold Case and Without a Trace. I love the way crimes are solved and criminals are apprehended despite the circumstances going against the investigators. But the other reason why I love watching these shows are the beautiful women that made it more interesting to watch. I used to think cops and law enforcement personnel are just the typical donut-munching and caffeine-addicted men in patrol cars and dry-cleaned suits. I never thought that there are chicks in the law enforcement scene.
In this case, I’ll be listing the most beautiful, the most sexiest and the most interesting women in primetime crime shows.
Penelope Garcia is my wildcard entry, though she may not qualify in the first two categories but I find her character as the most interesting one. She is the only character that the FBI-BAU unit need not to lose. She provides the most crucial information that Agents Hotchner, Rossi and Reid need to solve the most challenging cases they may ever encounter. She’s also a funny person, considering that she has relatively ambiguous relations with Derek Morgan. I find her like a “kikay callcenter geek chick…”
Sofia Curtis is this blonde beauty that almost took away Gil Grissom from Sara Sidle. Though their relation was platonic, Sofia and Sara clashed when she confessed her sense of guilt to Gil. It is remained to be seen if Sofia will return to the show in Season 10.
DNA Technician Wendy Simms is one hot chica, when I say hot its sizzling. Though we can’t see her in a scanty bikini, but in men’s magazines — its oh la la… I really thought she and Hodges have a thing going on but I don’t know the real score. Check out her Stuff Magazine photoshoot.
Aiden Burn is one tough street chick in CSI NY and was the tag partner of Danny Messer, before “Montana” came to the Big Apple. Unfortunately, her character was killed in the penultimate episode of Season 2. Burn was a Brooklyn native who had the ability to adapt to new situations very quickly and had a love and drive for her job similar to that of Sara Sidle.
Emily Prentiss is an ambassador’s daughter and was the replacement of former BAU agent Elle Greenaway. She is the only member of the team who speaks different languages because of her globetrotting past.
Riley Adams is another fresh face that replaced a valuable CSI named Warrick Brown, who was killed in the line of duty. Adams is described as a non-conformist who joined law enforcement to rebel against her parents, who are psychiatrists. Riley is a former St. Louis police officer who became a crime scene investigator. She comes in as a second-level CSI to the understaffed Las Vegas unit, which is still shaken by the shooting of one of its own. Adams is said to have a friendly but flirty relationship with Greg Sanders.
Dr. Tara Price is replacement of the murdered coroner Shannon Higgins, who is supposed to replace Dr. Alexx Woods. If you followed the series, you may notice that Dr. Price looks like a younger version of Dr. Woods. However, her stint came to untimely end because of her addiction to oxycodone. She was arrested for felony theft, burglary and tampering with evidence.
Jennifer Jareau, or “JJ” as her colleagues call her, is the BAU’s liaison with the media and local police agencies. Though talented and helpful, she is not actually a profiler, having once declined Hotchner’s suggestion to “take the classes” to qualify as one. Though she’s not obliged to be on the field, she has proved to be a crack shot. She once dated Spencer Reid during a Washington Redskins game. JJ gave birth to a baby boy named Henry with Detective William LaMontagne Jr.
Calleigh Duquesne is the sweet southern belle that captivates me because of her interesting Texan accent. Not only a hot chick, she’s also proficient with various kinds of firearms and not to mention a deadshot too. No wonder she was involved in almost all of the men in CSI Miami sans Horatio Cane.
Sara Sidle is not the hot chick that you can possibly imagine because the truth is that she is somewhat geekish in the way she wears and handles herself. No wonder, she is the perfect pair for her erstwhile mentor Gil Grissom. And because she had a traumatic past (with an abusive father), she remained quite an enigma in the lab. She has a very close relationship with Nick Stokes, who is somewhat a brother figure to her in CSI. She’s the loner and emotional one in the group. She once had a terrible fight with Catherine Willows because of her temper. When Grissom finally left CSI, they were together in Costa Rica — which was said that they got married.
Yelena Salas is one hot and sultry Latina beauty. She is the wife of Horatio Cane’s slain brother Raymond. Salas also dated with Cane’s nemesis and Internal Affairs Sgt. Rick Stetler. But in the recent episodes, Salas retired from the service and became a private investigator, continuing her association with Cane when dealing underworld scums.
Stella Bonasera is a classic Greek beauty and like Yelina Salas, also sports a distinctive curly hair. I love her character as a head strong woman, who can manage on her own. Makes her like the goddess Athena in stature. Bonasera is overprotective of her colleagues and also like a sister to Mac Taylor. In this case, she is like a mother-figure to the team as well as Taylor’s alter-ego.
Natalia Boa Vista is another hot Latina and when you say “wish your girlfriend is hot like this…” then its probably true. The relationship with Eric Delko is steamier than McDeamy of Grey’s Anatomy fame. With interesting last name, makes me wonder if it means “big snake.” Nevertheless, every time Boa Vista wears something hot, then my radar will always on the alert for her awesome curves.
If you get lost and wanted to be found, then Elena Delgado is the woman that you should be looking for. This fiery and sizzling Latina can be the person to find when looking for someone lost without a trace.
Samantha Spade is the blonde colleague of fellow hottie Elena Delgado. And interestingly, Poppy Montgomery ‘s (the actress that portrayed Spade) onscreen husband is her real life boyfriend.
Lindsay Monroe, or “Montana” as she is affectionally called, looks like your typical wholesome and sweet girl next door. I like her because she looks cute and fresh not because she’s petite but her smile is very innocent and all. What can I say? She doesn’t looks like a person working for the NYPD Crime Lab.
Lilly Rush is the only hot chick in Cold Case but of all the criminal investigators listed, she has the elements of Mac Taylor’s enthusiasm, the street smarts of Horatio Cane and the quick thinking of Gil Grissom. What more can you ask for?
Catherine Willows may not be the perfect CSI but she’s totally smoking hot. If you are looking for a hot mama, then she’s probably the person you’re looking for. She has ran up the ranks in the CSI despite having a spotty past including a stint as an exotic dancer. She’s the character that brought my interest to forensics and crime investigations to a new level.
